We work closely with suppliers located in France and the European Union, thus guaranteeing the quality and ethics of our materials. We use Colissimo to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Packages are delivered to your home in 2 or 3 days. Orders placed during the weekend are shipped the following Monday.

After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number on the Colissimo website to track the progress of your delivery in real time.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us.

Returns are financially supported by Parerga. The return request is made by email by writing to us at contact@parerga.fr (see T&Cs, article 11). You will receive in return a label to print and stick on the package.

You have 14 days from receipt of your package to return the item to us.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Clasp protectors or other accessories must be intact. Items must be in perfect condition and not worn, washed or damaged.

Subject to the above, your refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your package. Shipping costs paid when ordering will not be refunded.

Each year, we donate 2% of our turnover to an association dedicated to the protection of animals or more specifically to the environment. Each year, we choose a different organization to benefit from this support, thus guaranteeing varied and extensive help for this important cause.

We have chosen to calculate our prices as accurately as possible, by lowering our margin as much as possible. This is the best way to be consistent with our desire to democratize the materials we defend.
